To ensure clarity, confidentiality, and alignment with Kansas and Missouri regulations, the following policies apply to all consultation bookings.

1. Attorney‑Exclusive Consultations

Consultations are reserved for licensed attorneys, law firms, and legal professionals seeking collaborative paralegal and administrative support. We do not provide consultations to the public for legal advice, legal strategy, or case evaluation.

2. No Legal Advice or Representation

The Luxury Law Co.™ does not provide legal advice, legal interpretation, or legal representation. All services are administrative or paralegal in nature and/or are performed under the supervision and direction of a licensed attorney.

3. No Pre‑Meeting Document Review

Documents uploaded through this page are accepted for reference during the consultation only. We do not review, analyze, organize, or prepare documents prior to the scheduled meeting.

4. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

All information shared during the consultation is handled with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. We maintain strict confidentiality and follow ethical standards consistent with paralegal best practices.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Consultations must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we request notice at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability for other legal professionals.

6. Purpose of the Consultation

Your consultation is designed to:

• Understand your workflow and administrative needs
• Identify areas where paralegal support can enhance efficiency
• Determine the appropriate service tier
• Establish communication preferences and expectations

This session does not include legal analysis, case strategy, or substantive legal review. 

7. Compliance With State Regulations

All services comply with the unauthorized‑practice‑of‑law (UPL) rules in Kansas and Missouri. Substantive legal tasks are performed only under attorney supervision, and no services are offered that would require a law license.
